The Dashboard screen is made up of four information blocks: Activity, Notifications, Tasks, and Appointments.
All upcoming appointments related to opportunities assigned to you will be listed here. Tap on an appointment to open it.
a. Edit the date and time of the appointment
b. Change who it is assigned to
c. Add notes
d. Contact the customer via phone or CRM Chat
e. Delete the appointment
All notifications related to opportunities assigned to you will be displayed here.
You can easily scroll through to find customer approvals, published measures, incoming chats, etc.
Notifications are listed by day. Tap on one to open the opportunity it's linked to.
Tasks assigned to you will display here along with their due date.
Tap on a task to edit it or view its details.
a. Edit the name of the task
b. Change the due date
c. Change who the task is assigned to
d. Add details about the task
e. Contact the customer via phone or CRM Chat
f. Mark task as completed
g. Delete the task
Activity is listed by day and covers all actions taken on an opportunity either by yourself or someone else on your team that can access it.
Tap on a listed activity to open the associated opportunity.
