CRM Download and Installation

The CRM app is currently available for iOS, Windows, and Android. This document provides a walkthrough for installation on each platform.

Requirements

1. License subscription to CRM.
2. Authorized to use CRM from within the RFMS Online Services site.
3. RFMS access.
4. API service enabled. 
5. Internet access.

Installation Guide

iOS

1. Search for "rfms crm" in the Apple app store. 
2. Tap the "Get" button.
   
3. Tap the install button.
   

Windows

1. Search the Windows Store for "rfms crm". Select the app from the listed results.
   
2. Select "Get" to add the CRM to your list of Windows Store apps. If using a work email account, then your Office 365 admin may need to grant permission to obtain the app.
   
3. Finally, select "Install".
   

Android

1. Search for "rfms crm" in the Google Play store.
   
2. Select "Install".
