Viewing Chats and Notifications Across Screens

In addition to accessing Recent Chats and Latest Notifications on the dashboard, you can also view them from several other screens:

  • Pipeline

  • Search Opportunities

  • Calendar

  • Reports

  • Samples

  • Recent Activity

To access your chats or notifications, simply select the chat or bell icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Identifying Unread Chats and Notifications

  • If you have unread chats or notifications, a red dot will appear on the corresponding icon.

  • To mark items as read, click the checkmark icon and confirm your selection.

  • To filter for unread items only, select the Show Unread Only checkbox.
