In addition to accessing Recent Chats and Latest Notifications on the dashboard, you can also view them from several other screens:

Recent Activity
To access your chats or notifications, simply select the chat or bell icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Identifying Unread Chats and Notifications

If you have unread chats or notifications, a red dot will appear on the corresponding icon.

To mark items as read, click the checkmark icon and confirm your selection.

To filter for unread items only, select the Show Unread Only checkbox.
