Administrators can log in to RFMS Online Services and edit Pipeline names and settings through the Pipeline section.
A. Change the default stage names to anything you like (limited to 22 characters).
B. Set the number of days of inactivity until an opportunity is considered stale.
C. Disable a Pipeline column. This will hide the column. This action cannot be done if the column contains any opportunities.
D. Add additional columns. Name them and indicate their position on the pipeline.
E. Add tags that can be used to identify/categorize opportunities.
