Using the Activities Tab

The activities tab is your center for keeping track of appointments, tasks, and internal communications.

What's on the Activities Tab?

A. Notices of upcoming tasks or appointments will be at the top of the screen.

B. Upcoming and Past Appointments are separated into different lists.

C. Internal communication with salespersons and estimators are recorded here.

D. View and manage photos. (Only PNG and  JPG files are accepted.)

D. Create additional appointments, tasks, and add photos. 

How to Add Appointments

1. Tap the Add Appointment button in the bottom left of the screen.

2. Enter the date, time, person assigned to the appointment, and any details about it. Then tap Save.

How to Add Tasks

1. Tap the Add Task button in the bottom left of the screen.

2. Enter the name of the task, due date, person assigned to the task, and any details about it. Then tap Save.

How to Add Comments and Mention Another User

1. Type the comment in the grey text box

2. To mention a user type "@" followed by their username.

 Tip: A dropdown box with usernames will come up that you can select from

3. Tap the Send button to post the comment

 Tips:

  • Administrators and Managers can remove comments.
  • Users will receive a notification when they are mentioned.
How to Add and Manage Photos
  1. Tap the Add Photo button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. Choose a file or take a photo using the device camera.

 Tip: When a photo is selected the option to rename the image is below it. You can also delete a phot when it is selected.
