Sharing a Quote or Order allows you to send a customized document to your customer. This document can have optional approval and signature requirements as well as include contract terms and conditions.
1. While viewing a quote or order (it cannot be in edit mode) tap .
2. The approval document will be displayed as well as a side menu with customization options. Options will depend on settings in RFMS Online Services under Branding and Legal. If these report options are enabled you may not be able to change any options.
Note: If sharing a quote there are additional options in the side menu. (See Request Payment Through the Customer Web Portal My Flooring Link)
3. When you are ready to share the document tap Share.
4. A dialog box will pop up with options to send the document. When ready press Send.
- The customer will see a screen similar to this when they open the link in their web browser:
- When they select the Approve button a dialog will pop up:
- You will be notified when the customer completes the approval step.
