How to Edit the Cost of a Line Item and Include a Comment

If you have the permission to edit the cost on a line item, then you will be able to do so in RFMS Mobile Order Entry. After adjusting the cost there is a text box where you can enter a comment about the adjustment. This comment will be visible in Core.
