Add and Edit Work Order Lines on a Quote or Order

Work order lines can be added to a quote or order when creating or editing them in RFMS Mobile. Lines can be added to a product or a service line. Work order lines are also created automatically when a Measure project is exported to RFMS.

Work order lines can be added or edited, but all of the fields will need to be entered manually.

Quote or Order Linked to a Measure project

Work order lines will automatically be added when a Measure project is exported to RFMS. These lines cab be edited.

The Area fields contain the room names from the Measure project.

The Note fields contain cut group data, quantity, cut length, and any room notes that were made in Measure Mobile or Measure Desktop.

 Note: The quote or order must be opened for editing before you can add or edit work order lines. Tap the edit button, , in the top right to do this.

How To:

1. While in edit mode check a single line item
2. From the Line tab section tap or
3. In the box that opens you can edit any of the fields
4. Tap Add New Line to create a new line. Quantity entered in this new line will be subtracted from the preceding line.
   

Combining Lines

1. Tap Combine Into One to combine all work order lines
2. A message will pop up to confirm your decision
