Close Rates can be found under the Reports screen, , in CRM. This screen has different options depending on whether you have a role as an estimator/salesperson or as an administrator/manager. For more information on roles please see the article User Roles and Permissions.
The basic information contained within the Close Rates reports is:
A. Salesperson Names
B. Timeline
C. Close Rate Percentage
D. Number of Opportunities Won during selected timeline
E. Number of New Opportunities during selected timeline
Note: The close rate ratio for each salesperson includes lost opportunities
This view allows for seeing multiple or all salesperson for a single store or multiple stores.
This views allows for a single salesperson to view the statistics on their own data
- Filter by timeline.
- Use the arrows to go forward/backward along the selected timeline.
- Filter by Salesperson (Administrator/Manager Only). More than one can be selected at a time.
- Filter by Store. Select the settings icon along the bottom left of the screen. Check which stores you wish to include in the view and tap Update.
