The Leaderboard is found under the Reports screen, , in CRM. This screen has different options depending on whether you have a role as an estimator/salesperson or as an administrator/manager. For more information on roles please see the article User Roles and Permissions.
The basic information of the Leaderboard is:
A. Salesperson Names
B. Timeline
C. Potential Revenue of Opportunities Lost
D. Potential Revenue of Opportunities In Progress
E. Revenue of Opportunities Won
F. Revenue Goal per Salesperson
G. Potential Revenue of combined opportunities per Salesperson
This view allows for seeing multiple or all salesperson for a single store or multiple stores. It also allows for Setting Goals.
This views allows for a single salesperson to view the statistics on their own data and see their individual goal.
- Select which statistics appear on the board.
- Filter by timeline.
- Use the arrows to go forward/backward along the selected timeline.
- Filter by Salesperson (Administrator/Manager Only). More than one can be selected at a time.
- Filter by Store. Select the settings icon along the bottom left of the screen. Check which stores you wish to include in the view and tap Update.
