Overview and Drilldown Reports

How To View the Overview Reports Screen

The Overview Report Section can be found under the Reports screen in CRM. This screen has different options depending on whether you have a role as an estimator/salesperson or as an administrator/manager.

This screen displays a variety of reports such as:

  • Opportunity Count
  • Opportunity Value
  • Team Goals
  • New Leads
  • Conversion Rate
  • Activity Report
  • Ad Sources
  • Lost Sales
  • Stage Metrics
  • Monthly Sales vs. Goal

 

  1. Administrators and Managers can filter by which Salesperson(s) data they would like to see
  2. Administrators can view and edit monthly goals for Salespersons

 

How to View the Counts and Values Report

The Counts and Values Report can be found under the Reports screen in CRM. This screen displays a list of all opportunities with the following information:

  • Opportunity Name
  • Stage
  • Date
  • Salesperson
  • Quote/Order (If applicable)
  • Estimated Value

This report can be filtered by:

  • Date range
  • Created/Updated
  • Stage
  • Salesperson (if Administrator or Manager)

This report can be sorted by:

  • Name
  • Date
  • Salesperson
  1. Administrators and Managers can filter by which Salesperson(s) data they would like to see
  2. Administrators can view and edit monthly goals for Salespersons

 

How to View the Sales Goals Report

The Sales Goals Report can be found under the Reports screen in CRM. This screen displays a list of salespersons with the following information:

  • Salesperson Name
  • Lost Sales
  • Goal
  • Actual
  • % of Goal
  • Totals

This report can be filtered by:

  • Date range
  • Salesperson (if Administrator or Manager)

This report can be sorted by:

  • Salesperson
  • Lost Sales
  • Goal
  • Actual
  • % of Goal
  1. Administrators and Managers can filter by which Salesperson(s) data they would like to see
  2. Administrators can view and edit monthly goals for Salespersons

 

 

How to View the Conversion Rate Report

The Conversion Rate Report can be found under the Reports screen in CRM. This screen displays a list of salespersons with the the conversion rate between the following stages:

  • To Do -> Measure
  • To Do -> Quote
  • Measure -> Quote
  • To Do -> Won
  • Quote -> Won

This report can be filtered by:

  • Date range
  • Salesperson (if Administrator or Manager)

This report can be sorted by:

  • Salesperson
  • To Do -> Measure
  • To Do -> Quote
  • Measure -> Quote
  • To Do -> Won
  • Quote -> Won

How to View the Activity Report

The Activity Report can be found under the Reports screen in CRM. This screen displays a list of salespersons and their activities as follows:

  • Tasks Completed
  • Appointments Booked
  • Measures Created
  • Quotes Created
  • Orders Created
  • Leads Lost

This report can be filtered by:

  • Date Range
  • Salesperson (if Administrator or Manager)

This report can be sorted by:

  • Salesperson
  • Tasks Completed
  • Appointments Booked
  • Measures Created
  • Quotes Created
  • Orders Created
  • Leads Lost

 

How to View the Ad Source Report

The Ad Source Report can be found under the Reports screen in CRM. This screen displays a list of salespersons and the percentage of leads per ad source.

This report can be filtered by:

  • Date Range
  • Salesperson (if Administrator or Manager)

This report can be sorted by:

  • Salesperson
  • Ad Source

 

How to View the Lost Sales Report

The Lost Sales Report can be found under the Reports screen in CRM. This screen displays a list of salespersons and the percentage of lost sales as follows:

  • Purchased Elsewhere
  • Purchase Delayed
  • Price too High
  • Unknown
  • Other

This report can be filtered by:

  • Date Range
  • Salesperson (if Administrator or Manager)

This report can be sorted by:

  • Salesperson
  • Purchased Elsewhere
  • Purchase Delayed
  • Price too High
  • Unknown
  • Other

 

How to View the Stage Metrics Report

The Stage Metrics Report can be found under the Reports screen in CRM. This screen displays a list of salespersons and the average days per stage.

This report can be filtered by:

  • Date Range
  • Salesperson (if Administrator or Manager)

This report can be sorted by:

  • Salesperson
  • Stage
