Understanding CRM Reports

CRM provides reporting for how many opportunities were won, lost, or in progress over a defined period of time. Goals can also be set and measured.

Leaderboard

A. Toggle between the Leaderboard and Close Rates views

B. Administrators/Managers Only: Narrow the view select which Salesperson(s) you would like to view

C. Administrators/Managers Only: View and Edit monthly goals for Salespersons (For more information please see the article How to Set and View Salesperson Goals.)

D. Refresh the screen

E. Refine screen by selecting specific stores to include/exclude

A. Filter view by date span: Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, or Weekly

B. Administrators/Managers Only: Narrow the view select which Salesperson(s) you would like to view

C. Refine screen by selecting specific stores to include/exclude
