How to Set up Mobile Work Orders

Companies that use RFMS Schedule Pro and have purchased Mobile Work Orders may send invitations to their installers to view their work orders in the RFMS Mobile app.

When logged in to the RFMS Online Services website, under the Mobile Work Orders section, you will see:

A. How many installer seats for your company are currently in use.

B. Installer Tiles that show installers you have invited to view work orders.  On the Installer Tiles there is an envelope icon, invitation_sent.png, for non-activated invitations and a red icon, activated_installer.png activated_installer.png, for those that have been activated. The tile also contains their name, assigned role, email address, and crew name.

C. Red plus icon to create an invite.

D. Permission settings for Installers and Field Supervisors.

Permissions

Installers and Field Supervisors can have separately set permissions, however, the list of permissions are the same for each.

Work Ticket Notes
Can view and add notes to Work Tickets. Cannot edit or delete notes.
Work Order Notes
Can view and add notes to Work Order. cannot edit or delete notes.
Labor Amounts
View pay for job done.
Balance Due
Installer can see balance if installers are to collect dues.
Change Status
Change status of work order according to Schedule Pro settings.
All Attachments
Allow installer to see all attachments on order/work orders
Days before today
View scheduled work orders in advance by (x) many days.
Days after today
View previously scheduled work orders after current date for (x) many days.
Certificate of Completion
Set wording for the Certificate of Completion to be signed by either the installer or the Customer
How to Add Installers or Field Supervisors

 Note: You must be assigned the role of Administrator or  Manager in RFMS Online Services in order to access these settings.

1. Sign in to RFMS Online Services website and select the Mobile Work Orders tile

2. Click the red plus icon,red_plus_icon.png, to add an installer, and then fill in the information box.

a. Choose either Installer (can only see information for their crew) or Field Supervisor (can see info for multiple crews).

b. Enter their email address. The invitation will be sent to this address.

c. Enter their name. 

d. Select which crew they are associated with. (Note: Field Supervisors can be associated with more than one crew.

3. Select Save.

 Tip: Crews are maintained in RFMS Schedule Pro.
