CRM Licensing and User Administration

The Customer Relationship Management app (CRM) is available through a subscription. For more information about the cost per license and how to sign up or add it to your existing subscription please visit our website.

How does CRM licensing work?

  • Logging into the CRM app will use up a license from your company's pool of licenses. (These are separate from other product licenses your company may already have.)
     Tip: License access is managed through RFMS Online Services.

  • You may be logged into CRM on multiple devices, but this will consume multiple licenses. If you are already logged in on another device you will be presented with the option to deactivate the license on the other device, or to consume an additional license.

  • Logging out of CRM will release the license being used.

 

Assigning Users

For users to be able to log in to CRM they must first be granted access by one of your company's RFMS administrators through the RFMS Online Services website. For details instructions on how to do this please see our article How to Add and Edit Users
