RFMS Mobile 2.4.39 was released on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023, to the Google Play Store.

This version contains fixes for PDF generation, camera operation, and exports from Measure Mobile.

RFMS Mobile 2.4.31 was released on Thursday, December 15th, 2022, to the Google Play Store.

This version contains changes necessary for the CA Recycle Fee.

RFMS Mobile 2.4.21 was released on Monday, November 21st, 2022, to the Google Play Store.

This version is specific to Android devices. It corrects the issue where cameras were inaccessible in the app.

RFMS Mobile 2.3.22 was released on Monday, March 28th, 2022 to the Microsoft Store, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store.

Known Issues:

Certain mobile devices are unable to see the three dot icon in the top right corner of the screen to view the sidebar menu. In these cases, turning the phone to a landscape view will likely allow the user to see the three dot icon. We are preparing a follow up release shortly to address this issue. RFMS Mobile 1.11.32 was released on Friday, April 2, 2021 to the Microsoft Store, Apple Store, and Google Play Store.

This version was meant to address an issue where a user would delete an unreferenced line from an order/quote, but the application would not let them save the order/quote due to an error message stating "Item Number Required for Unreferenced Item Line."

Users can now delete any unreferenced line and be able to save the order without this error message blocking them.

RFMS Mobile 1.11.31 was released on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 to the Microsoft Store, Apple Store, and Google Play Store.

This patch release included the following bug fixes:

Improvement to the handling of saving orders/quotes when the service is down
Terms and Conditions with HTML are properly loading during PDF creation
Line Group labels are appearing correctly in the PDF customization screen
Order lines are maintaining the correct sequence when Line Groups are used in a PDF
Length field is no longer displaying incorrectly for items in Point of Sale
Line breaks are now properly handled for notes on the PDF

RFMS Mobile 1.11.30 was released on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 to the Microsoft Store, Apple Store, and the Google Play Store. This release contains the same bug fixes but rolls back changes made to the Quote/Order screen in version 1.11.29. Thus the known issue identified below no longer applies to this version.

RFMS Mobile 1.11.29 was released on Sunday, November 22, 2020 to the Microsoft Store, Apple Store, and the Google Play Store. This release contained several important bug fixes and some changes to the Quote/Order screen.

Bug Fixes:

Installers were unable to access Mobile Work Orders
Measure Desktop users were unable to export to RFMS Online

Improvements:

Users can now navigate to any other screen in RFMS Mobile from within the Quote/Order screen.

Known Issues:

This update of RFMS Mobile included a change to the top toolbar that many users have found to be frustrating. The "Create PDF" and "Export" options no longer appear in their prominent location along the toolbar. These features are now available via the Quote or Order menu option in the upper left corner. An upcoming update will further refine this and restore some functionality to the toolbar. We apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.

Known Issues:

When receiving a special order PO:*
1. The "satisfies PO" checkbox will not satisfy PO in Core if the quantity received is less than the quantity ordered.^
  1. The remaining amount will be left as an open PO in the receiving app on RFMS mobile.
  2. The open PO will stay in your Inventory screen in Core with the remaining amount. The roll/item # in Inventory will change for received amount, but the remaining will stay as an "open PO".

*This issue does not affect normal stock PO's as it is handled differently in Core.

Top-level Inventory search and view only screen

Allow inventory to be reserved while order is not yet being edited. Clicking Reserve attempts to open the order for editing
Supplier inventory (B2B) for a style and color can now be found via the Product screen (Shaw and BPI are best examples of vendors who provide this information)

The following are new features, improvements and bug fixes that were included in RFMS Mobile 1.7, released Tuesday, November 20, 2018 to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store and app.rfms.online.

New Features:

Redesigned Product Search dialog allows for more efficient line item addition including price level selection and quantity entry. Also, allows you to keep adding more lines by keeping the search dialog open.

Improvements:

Multi-line editing: Show Price Level, Quantity, Line Group, Use Tax Line (if applicable), Sample Taken and Attachments when multiple lines are selected. Apply changes to all selected lines. (Quantity is excluded if lines don't share the same selling qty per box.
Choose lines to include or exclude from the PDF (not a sticky setting)
Ability to hide all line items in Quote/Order PDF (sticky setting).
Improve handling of Use Tax Line option to match RFMS behavior. The Use Tax Line now appears in all circumstances that it appears in RFMS.
Show Supplier field for unreferenced lines
Obscure the Cut and Roll costs in Product screen

Customers:

Improved support for creation/editing of referral type customers. ProSource users are limited to creating Members and Clients only.
Sold To, Ship To, Customer Type and Salesperson(s) are automatically saved as a new customer when creating a new quote/order, if customer is required
Sold To only is automatically updated to customer record when saving an existing quote/order, if customer is required (edits to Customer Name and Phone Number are not allowed at this time)
Open Customer button in Sold To pane navigates to the customer record
First Name, Last Name, and Phone 1 fields disabled when editing a customer
Default Salesperson 2 and the Business Name fields now appears on the Customer page

The following are new features, improvements and bug fixes that are included in RFMS Mobile 1.6.11, released Tuesday, July 17, 2018 to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store and app.rfms.online.

Improvements:

Improved method to override box/qty when entering an item quantity by users who are allowed. Instead of defaulting to the manual override amount, the quantity now auto-resolves to the box/qty. The user can press an override button at anytime if they wish to enter a manual amount instead.
Users who post credit card payments via the OnTop Credit Card app will now have their receipt account automatically selected for them based on the type of card used^.
Payments posted to Cash and Carry orders in Point of Sale can now use the OnTop Credit Card app to process credit card transactions^
Quotes and Orders may now be refreshed while viewing them to ensure they display the latest changes made in RFMS
Searching by the color SKU or a barcode* is now more easily found on the Products screen
Attachments can no longer be deleted from Orders by users who are not allowed to edit Orders
More intuitive options are presented to the user when attempting to return to the Home screen prior to saving edits on a quote or order. The default option is now to save the changes back to RFMS if possible.
Installer Work Orders:
- Company Logo and Store information now appears on the Work Order PDF
- Work Order PDF is now attached to the Order automatically once the signature is accepted
RFMS Online (app.rfms.online) - used when exporting from Measure Desktop
- Load is now included on new estimates when available on RFMS products used in Measure Desktop
- Freight is now included on new estimates when available in the export data from Measure Desktop, or if not, the Freight value of the RFMS product is used

Bug Fixes:

The RFMS Mobile app no longer needs to be open first when exporting from Measure Mobile on Windows devices
Signature is no longer lost when typing the signer's name below the signature pad
Note field can now be scrolled above the keyboard when typing on Android devices

RFMS Mobile now uses a license when logged in

Show or hide the Signature screen on the Quote/Order presentation screens. This is a sticky setting per user.
If the signature screen is present, a printed name for the signer can be added below the signature.
Store Numbers are now visible when selecting a receipt account on the Payment screen.
Grey Plus icon is now out of the way on the Quote/Order screen when viewing it in read-only mode.
Pinch to zoom is supported when viewing photos and PDF attachments.
New Schedule Pro and Installer Work Order Screens*:
- Installers may view scheduled jobs assigned to today only.
- Administrators can determine which notes an Installer can view, Work Ticket or Work Order notes.
- Scheduled jobs appear in the order of their assigned time slot for the day
- Order and line item attachments can now be viewed by installers
- Installers can add new photo attachments to the Order
- Installers may add notes to the Work Order or Work Ticket notes, depending on which one they have access to. They cannot edit existing notes.
- RFMS Mobile users can have a Schedule Pro screen present on their list of screens by permission of their Administrator. This allows them to select a crew of their choice and view scheduled jobs for today only.

Fixed:

Roll inventory was not properly cut from inventory when using the Point of Sale screen.
Some old signatures were appearing on new quotes and orders
