Orders that have had payment taken via Cyncly Pay or Card Connect can have refunds processed through RFMS Mobile.
- Open the order that you want to process a refund for. Select the Refund button in the action bar at the top of the order.
- In the refund dialog, use the dropdown to select which payment you want to refund. Then, enter the amount that you want to refund. If the amount entered is greater than the payment, the refund will not be processed.
