How to Move Inventory

The Warehouse Move screen allows you to search received inventory by location and select to move to another location.

How To:

1. Use the dropdown box to show only available inventory or to include reserved as well. This selection is sticky.
2. The From locations setting lets you select a warehouse and location to search for inventory within.
3. The To location setting lets you select a location to move inventory to. Locations are based on the Warehouse you selected in step 2.
4. Mark inventory to be moved by tapping the circle next to it, then select the Move button. (Multiple may be selected and moved at time)

Choosing locations:

To select a "From" or "To" location, scan a barcode, select a listed location, or enter a location name.

A favorite location can be selected. Only one can be favorited at a time. To deselect a favorite, simply select another.

 Tips:

• Selectable locations will depend on the Store or Warehouse selected from the dropdown at the top
• The option to enter a location must be allowed under permissions set in RFMS Online Services
• The ability to edit warehouses and locations is limited to those with administrative privileges.
