How to Customize Measure Appointment Notifications

This is a Measure Reminder text for the customer associated with a CRM opportunity. The phone number that is used is the number that occupies the "Phone 1" slot in the Sold To section in the Overview tab of the opportunity.

  Note:

  • A Chat thread must have been started and accepted by the customer or this reminder notification will not take place.
  • After any changes are made to this feature, please be sure to sync store settings located under the RFMS Online Store tile in RFMS Online Services.

Options:

  • Click to edit the number of hours prior to the appointment time that a reminder notification will be sent out.
  • Click to edit the message that is sent. By default the date and time will always be included.
  • Use the toggle at the bottom to turn the notification reminder feature on or off.

 

Tap the notification bell, notification bell icon.png in the top right to see a list of upcoming notifications.
