Customers can be added to your RFMS Customer Database through the Customers screen in RM.
How To:
- Press the grey plus icon,
- Fill out the New Customer form.
- Tap Save to add the new customer to your database.
Tips:
- Multiple email addresses can be added. Separate them by using a semi-colon.
- Customer Internal Notes can be added. They will be viewable in Core and CRM.
Comments
To be consistent with CRM, Mobile Measure as well as Order Entry there needs to be an "add customer" within orders/quotes in rfms mobile, instead of having to leave the quote/order entirely and going over to customer database.
