Add Customer

Customers can be added to your RFMS Customer Database through the Customers screen in RM.

How To:

  1. Press the grey plus icon, grey_plus.png
  2. Fill out the New Customer form.add_customer.png
  3. Tap Save to add the new customer to your database. 

 Tips:

  • Multiple email addresses can be added. Separate them by using a semi-colon.
  • Customer Internal Notes can be added. They will be viewable in Core and CRM.

  • To be consistent with CRM, Mobile Measure as well as Order Entry there needs to be an "add customer" within orders/quotes in rfms mobile, instead of having to leave the quote/order entirely and going over to customer database.
