The Customers screen allows access to your RFMS Customer Database. From here you can search, view, edit and add customers.
Search and View Customer
1. Enter the customer or organization name in the search field.
2. The first 10 results will be shown. Tap Find More to load additional results.
3. Tap the tile with the customer name you are looking for to view their profile.
Customer Profile View
To edit tap the Edit button in the top right corner.
Edit Customer Information
Customer information that can be edited:
- customer type
- name
- address
- phone number
- email address (multiple may be entered separated by a semi-colon)
- sold to and ship to addresses
- salesperson
- default store
- Customer internal note
Customer information that cannot be edited:
- customer type
- customer ID number
- tax status
Remember to tap Save when you have finished editing the customer information.
