Post-Server Migration Steps for Measure/Mobile Apps

Overview:

When migrating to a new server, the RFMS Usernames on the new server typically differ from the Usernames on the old server. Because of this, your Measure/Mobile App users found in RFMS Online Services will need to be remapped to their new RFMS Usernames.

Steps:

1. Login to Admin.rfms.online & click into the RFMS Online tile. Once inside the RFMS Online tile, click "Sync Now" to pull in the new usernames

2. Navigate back to the main screen where all tiles are showing and click into the Users tile. Click the pencil on each user to edit the user, scroll to the bottom, and select the new RFMS Username from the dropdown list. Click "Save" to save your changes.
