How to Use the Point of Sale Screen

The Point of Sale screen allows you to create a pick up order, search existing orders to view or edit the ticket, create a pick up document, and accept payment.

A. Search by customer type and name, or order number. Search for an order and view or edit it.

B. Create a new point of sale

A. Open order in Order Entry Screen

B. Edit the order to add notes, edit existing lines, or add new lines

C. Create the Pick Up document for the order

 

Accepting Payment for a Pick Up Order

  1. Search for the order or create a new one by tapping the grey plus icon grey_plus.png
  2. Tap the PDF button, pdf_icon.png,  on the navigation menu.
  3. Select the option to Pay and Pick Up then tap Create PDF
  4. Collect the name and signature of the person picking up the order and tap Accept
  5. Select the method of payment. If you are an RFMS Credit Card Services subscriber you may take payment directly either through manual entry or through a card reader device.
