How to Search Inventory in Warehouse Mobile

The inventory screen in Warehouse Mobile allows you to search inventory by product category, location, associated store, and by scanning barcodes. Tapping or clicking on the Inventory Tile will open the inventory record.

a. Select a product category

b. Enter product name, manufacturer, PO number,  

c. Select inventory location to search within

d. Select an associated store to filter by

e. Scan barcode to search inventory

  Tip: Inventory locations can be sorted by store. Only Admins can edit warehouse and locations.

Information Shown on an Inventory Record Tile

Item	Description
Roll/Item Number	RFMS generated assigned number given to Roll products or items
Supplier	Name of supplier of product
PO Number	RFMS generated purchase order number
Sidemark	Information from purchase order to be shown as sidemark such as Job ID, Invoice #, or Ship to Address. This was selected when the PO was made.
Warehouse	Name of warehouse where product inventory is currently located
Cost	Cost of inventory
Available Product	Total available product compared to amount received in purchase order
Reserved	Total reserved amount of product inventory
Soft Reserve	Total soft reserve amount of product inventory
Received	Total amount of received product on the purchase order
