Service product code notes are not automatically showing up when exporting through RFMS mobile

After a RFMS core update in January this year our service product notes stopped automatically coming in. We have to go into the line and re pull the line in for it to show up now which causes ma y more clicks and time throughout every working day.

Example: LVP LABOR- We created a note that says

" **LEAVE ONLY 1 BOX OF MATERIAL IN THE ATTIC**

INSTALL LVP IN: ____________________

This way the part that we want to show up on evry work order is already typed and we just have to fill in thee blank on the areas of installation.

RFMS said this has been fixed with the APPEND SERVICE NOTE BUTTON in RFMS Mobile. This work around is equally if not more time consuming having to append each service code on the ipad after exporting.

We really need the service codes to automatically show up like before.
