Next Step This should be a required field. A lead should have a next step that is dated for the future or marked LOST, with a Lost Reason (also required if marked lost). This is the only 2 ways forward and should be REQUIRED with a note. Maybe highlight to pick a selection, Qualify Get Samples Find Product Measure Build Quote Close Sign Paper Work

  • Absolutely. CRM should be the place that you go to all day long to know what is next. This is foundational for chasing leads.
