I agree 100%, give us the ability to add drawings, customer photos or other details. With CRM mobile being the only way we can upload files it's too late in the process and leads to lost information.
I also agree. Mine is more specific to the functionality of a quote approval sales tool. We'd like the client to be able to see the picture of their selection in the same correspondence they're approving. If they've looked at 8 options but can't see the image of that selection in the CRM approval it really diminshes the functionality and fail-safe that "approvals" via CRM and designed to have.
