As a manager, I need to be able to track KPIs for all my sales people. Things like average sale won, average sale lost, job type, etc.

This would be great. Also need an option for every quote that is not already linked to CRM/Measure to automatically create a lead in CRM so that numbers line up directly with the Business Insights/Core. Things like window treatments, countertops, or cash & carry sales don't need measure or CRM to make the sale. No need to add work to Sales team when a sale is going to happen.
It would also be helpful to filter close rates by reason lost.
