Ship To not auto-populate from Sold to

Hello, Client, Tim with Galaxie Floor Stores would like the ability to not have the ship to carry over from the sold to. If a person forgets to change the ship to, estimators, measures will be dispatched to the wrong location.

Ship to should default to blank. This would prompt the salesperson to add the address.
"Ship To" should be left blank, BUT should have the option to "Copy From Customer" just like MM does. By just leaving it blank we have to do double entry. Consistency of commands between apps will also promote greater efficiency in both application development/ programming and in client learning.
