Mobile Warehouse - Delivered Status
When using the Mobile Warehouse App for a customer pick up you can only do it if the lines are in delivered status - meaning a pick ticket has been printed. Pick tickets are only printed when material is leaving a warehouse and are not completed in advance to ensure the line status correctly reflects the physical material status.
Please allow for use in Reserved or Cut status to complete customer pick ups in the Mobile Warehouse App. Requiring Delivered line status means you have to go back to a work station, look up the same job, print a ticket, and then go back to the customer to continue using app where you can record the date of pick up, get a signature, photo, etc.
The work flow under the current design has staff unnecessarily duplicating work removes any benefit of using the App for pick ups... may as well just get customers to sign the pick ticket you had to print anyways and skip using the App.

Couldn't agree more, it makes no sense for it to be in a delivered status as that indicates the material has left the building. What if they don't show up when they stay they are? Now the material is considered gone in the system. For us as a business we would use it more efficiently if CPU's would show up in the icon when a picking ticket has been generated and its now in the staging status. We schedule our CPUs prior to them showing up so we stage prior. Right now we are trying to quick get it to a delivered status as soon as the customer checks in with our front desk and 75% the customer is at the loading dock before it gets to a delivered status so it is not available for our warehouse personal to see when it is called in over the intercom
