Notifications

It would be very helpful to receive an email for the notifications regarding @tagging someone in Activities. That was the best feature of Drive (Carpet One) that we've realized is a downgrade going to CRM. Currently we are supplementing this with Spaces in Gmail but that means we don't have the conversations directly linked to the CRM opportunity.

  • Absolutely! Same was true for me with the system I used while working as claims adjuster. Can’t take care of issues if you don’t know that you’re be asked to help.

    We also need notifications for chats. Unless I’m actively on my iPad, I won’t know that I have received one.
