Client is looking for the static Terms and Conditions options. Where the specific terms and conditions is always checked on

Very Important... we have had customers mention they never saw our "Terms and Conditions" simply because they did not click on the drop down arrow.
It would be beneficial for the app invoices to always have the terms and conditions notated. Should not be an option to "select" to have it reflected on the invoice. Just like in system options: "Invoice, Acknowledgement and Quote Disclaimer Message." Acknowledgements printed out of core have the option for static terms and conditions, why not for the app?
