Newbie here. How to create a personalized email? Does zendesk.com have samples? Also, I wanted to ask if the personalized emails impact the CRM data enrichment. For example, to track open rates, click rates, and other engagement metrics to gain a better understanding of how the audience is responding to emails, and use that information to make informed decisions about how to optimize email campaigns.
It's logical if use personalized email templates in Zendesk, to improve enrichment, engagement, and conversion rates.
