View Cross Company Opportunities

I have 4 Carpet One locations with them set up in RFMS Online in their stores. I would like the ability with in CRM to have the option of Cross Company CRM. I would like in my login for CRM to see and be able to assign all of my employees the leads and not need multiple CRMs
