RFMS Mobile App not showing back order status
We need to be able to see if a product is on backorder in the apps like we can in Core. Our order and scheduling departments get people reaching out to them for dates & THEN learning it’s on back order is frustrating for not only our customers, but our sales team as well plus its an interruption to our day. Our salespeople are missing an opportunity to find out that the material is on back order soon enough when they are checking on their jobs daily, which risks customer satisfaction problems, etc.
