CRM Next Step field

Create NEXT STEP and Next Step date fields,
every lead should have a next step with a due date or it should be marked Lost with a reason. This should be the only 2 options to move forward. Or at least a big red icon that will show there is no future step. Maybe rename task field to NEXT STEP to show the way forward.
Next STEP could have radio button selections for quick input
Call Email Text Find product Quote etc
