When typing in Custom Notes as the contract body i can not tell how it will look when printed. A box needs to pop up showing exactly how it will look when printed out. Other wise it always comes out looking weird.

Agreed. Copy and paste from another field often retains the blue background fill color. Returns used in the body of the text to organize paragraphs often are omitted or ignored, creating run-on, unprofessional looking presentations to the customer.
