Add the ability to cut and paste info from other programs such as Outlook, Word, etc. Also from Private notes to comments, etc.

This would be a great addition to CRM.
I have a customer that just sent me a "Dropped Pin" for a maps app and I will have to hope to copy and paste it correctly. Also the link is dead in CRM so it won't take me to the dropped pin.
