CRM Change customer
The ability to change the customer to an existing customer after saving.
Often a customer comes in and only gives their first name. They still must be immediately put into CRM to add info. Only at the end do we get the full name and address to look up. Also the spouse may come in and not say the spouse has already come in. Sometimes we don't get a name until the customer has looked around for 20-30 minutes. they may need to be named Tall woman, or older coup;e for a while. this happens on a regular basis.
