Hello,
At my store 48 hours ago for the last 16 months, any salesperson without a manger’s role could view the calendar and sort by the filter you highlighted below. This is essential to our operations as our sales staff does not conduct their own estimator. We have a designated estimator. Due to sales staff not being able to view the calendar for the designated estimator, like before, this will make scheduling very difficult/change our entire process.
When I reached out to support as I thought this was a bug, they said they were unsure how we were operating before. The only way to resolve this was to change all of my sales people and estimators roles to Manager. I think this is not the optimal way to proceed as this would make any role under manager in our store useless and potentially provide unintended permissions
To fix this I would suggest that there be an optional parameter (ROS>USERS>PERMISSIONS((KEYRING)) to view, adjust, and create calendar items for other users.

To expand on this I believe it would be beneficial on the calendar to be able to "filter" or sort between Measure Appointments, Tasks, and Appointments. This would allow us to filter what we want to see. Thanks
I agree to the above comment. We want our sales team to have the functionality of seeing other users opportunities, and access the calendar. We do not want the sales team to have admin and manager capabilities. We have found they're able to delete opportunities - in which they should either be going to won or lost.
