Work Order Notes

We have 2 field supervisors that visit jobs.  If their is an issue on a job, instead of re emailing the rep letting them know.  Any notes that are added to the job should automatically alert the rep that way they can address internally what to do or what they can work on? It would be great if this was like an update feature that could be toggled on and off.
