Moderator/Community Activity
Hello, I believe it would be beneficial for this community to have a moderator presence. Currently it feels as if we are all screaming into the void and only others who are having the same (or different) issues are replying.
This would benefit the community as we would know our concerns are being heard, implemented, or if it has been made aware of to the development team. I don't think we need in depth replies, though it would be nice to hear "We are currently working on implementing this, it's on our road map" or "Thank you for making us aware of this issue, we will discuss what you're going through." If moderators asked for further clarification on posts that could also give you a better idea on the scope of the issue at hand.
What are your thoughts on having more activity from the moderation team?

I agree. Especially with no updates to CRM in over a year at one point. I'm not sure what the timing was between the last update, but man, that is evidence that the issues discussed here are not being taken into any serious consideration or at least not in a timely manner.
