Why can't the tax status be changed in mobile, if even with permissions?  Countertop installations are exempt because a sub contractor does the installations.  Therefore the subcontractor is including use tax in their bill.  Sales tax is paid only 1 time.

If we're going to use mobile, it has to have certain functions for accounting purposes. This makes us have to create another customer file every time we sell a countertop.  Not efficient.
