History for Sample Check Out
In CRM in a opportunity there is a function to review the history of your opportunity. This is good for viewing what changes have been made.
However, I noticed that when you check in/out a sample on the Product page in an opportunity that it does not add the actions to the History.
One of my sales people asked today if there was a way to tell if a sample was checked in when she was gone. She was unsure if this person has fallen through the cracks.
This would be nice as a manager to monitor if my sales people are checking in/out samples in a timely manor.
