Measuring Estimator Performance with CSV Dates

The CSV that is available in the Counts & Values report in CRM contains these 3 date fields: Creation Date, Measure Date (this seems to just be the date/time selected when the measure is created, not necessarily when the measure is completed), and Outcome Date.

We are interested in using the data in CRM to monitor the performance of our estimating team. In order to do that, we would like to have all of these dates in the export.
