Questionnaire - Print or Save to PDF

We would like to be able to create a PDF from (or print) the CRM questionnaire. Because of our specific process for entering opportunities and passing them to our estimating team, it is not convenient to have the questionnaire only accessible within the apps.

It would fit our process much better if we could make a PDF from the questionnaire that we could then share with the estimator.
