Templates -> Checklist Suggestion/Fix

On RFMS online services when you create a template and add checklists to the template. Checklists that have already been added still appear when you go to add more checklists to the existing template. This makes it difficult to sift through which checklists I have already added to the template.

My suggested fix is that when you add a checklist to a template it wont reappear when you go to add more checklists to the same template.
