Print Function for Orders and Quotes

Currently we can not print a quote or an order from RFMS Mobile on the computer. Is there going to be an easier function to get that adjusted incase a customer wants a hard copy?

    Patrick, I have been able to do this on the mobile app, the mobile "app" on the desktop, and through RFMS Core. I don't know if you've been helped yet, but...

    • The easiest way for the desktop version of RFMS Mobile: Go to your quote/order, on the top right press "Sign and Authorize," then near the top right press the printer icon underneath "Save PDF." OR you can press "Save PDF," after downloading the PDF open it and print it. 

     

    • For the desktop version of RFMS Mobile: Go to your quote/order, on the top right press "Customize PDF," then "Save PDF," after downloading the PDF open it and print it. 

    For RFMS Mobile on the tablets/phone (iOS) apps:

    • For the mobile app: Go to your quote/order, on the top right click on "Customize PDF," then press "Share" a prompt will appear and it will contain the "Print" button.

     

    • Another way on the mobile app is : Go to your quote/order, on the top right, click on "Sign & Pay" then press "Save PDF." a prompt will appear and it will contain the "Print" button.
