RFMS Mobile Cyncly Payment Amount

We recently implemented Cyncly pay in our company, which has worked excellently for jobs that include labor, but has posed some challenges for product only orders.  For installation jobs we require a 50% deposit, which our account is set to 50% as the default.  The majority of our business does include installation, but when we are ordering material only, we require full payment at time of order.  The issue is that customers almost never pay more than the automatically prompted 50%, even when it has been discusses previously.  We then have to send a second invoice for the balance prior to placing the order.  Could the payment amount please be set manually on a per estimate basis?  This would completely eliminate this issue.
