Adding notes to TOP of internal notes from mobile

We use INTERNAL notes a lot and always put the most recent note at the top so users don't  have to wade through to the bottom to see the LATEST

RED (mobile) adds them to the bottom.  I would like to have an option to insert them at the top to save our people time and confusion.
