Auto-create CRM Lead Option From All Quotes in RFMS Core/Mobile

We need an option for every quote that is not already linked to CRM/Measure to automatically create a lead in CRM so that numbers line up directly with the Business Insights/Core. Things like window treatments, countertops, or cash & carry sales don't need measure or CRM to make the sale. No need to add work to Sales team when a sale is going to happen. But we want sales numbers to be accurate
